   This Sunil Mishra is a bogus and thirid-class person. He was on the post of chairman of the Ad Hoc Board for Mass Communicationan in the Nagpur University and involved in revaluation scam in the university in 1995. Later he was convicted by the court and jailed thereafter. Now he runs Central India Institute of Mass Communication (CIIMC), that offers some graduate cources. He is also attached with the Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism of Bhopal. He was convicted vide sections 420, 468, 471 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to 12.5 yrs. of rigorous imprisonment and also fined Rs 42,000 for getting the revaluation records tampered for improving his score in a subject of LLB Part I examination of 1995, in which he had failed. He had been absconding for several years and the court had issued an arrest warrant against him.

   He was later sacked by the R.T.M.Nagpur University. But remained active in university politics through the chain of his corrupt friends. He was also involved in infamous ‘kohachade scam’. A brahmin by caste from somewhere in north India, he was actively promoting RSS agenda in the university. The university managment also refused permission to graduate courses offered his so-called ‘central india institution of mass communication’ which is still active and offer fake degrees. Prof. Dr. Sapkal is an eminent technocrat. He obtained the post of VC by obaying rules of maharshtra university act 1994. Sunil Mishra was one of the aspirant for the post of VC in R.T.M.N.U. These are the reasons why he is bringing issue in front of the court. Nagpur is a hub of such low-profile, corrupt academician and, land and medicine-mafias.

   Loksatta should maintain utmost care while publishing any news. Here is a ‘small’ story with ‘big imact’ about mafias from Nagpur. In Gandhibag there is medicine market (stockists from pharmaceutical companies, which distribute medicines to retailers). Majority of these stockists are Sindhis (original pakistanis migrated to india) and Marwadis (there are only couple of marathi person). They are very conservative and close among themselves and still maintain their traditions/customs, including their own language (which resemble urdu). Even after several decades of living in ‘marathi mulukh’ they are not willing to integrate with us. Every month-end medicines (in billion Rs.) are smuggled to Pakistan with the compromise with pharmaceutical representatives. A man who is having a pharmacy in front of the Daga Hispital is the main negotiator of this smuggling.

   Medicines from the companies and ‘sample not for sale’ from company representatives, together are sent to pakistan and other countries by illegal means. All these peoples are fund raiser of RSS and work actively in the organization. In turn, they all are protected by the RSS. They have ammassed huge properties in Nagpur and to show the face of their so-called hinduism, some money is diverted to the “Radhaswami Santsang Byas” as well as some other related activities. Nitin Gadkari, Satish Chaturvedi, Kevalramani (above mentioned stockists), Darda bandhu (Lokamt owner), Girish Gandhi are other prominent names of such mafias. While common man is paying taxed to the govt. regularly, these ‘social-activists’ are escaping and diverting them to other illegal activities…………………Jay Ho India!
