गिरीश सर सर्वप्रथम नमस्कार! माझे नाव निखिल पाटील. लोकसत्ता मधील लेखांमुळे मुळे मी जास्त खोल वर जाऊन विचार करू लागलो हे मी इथे नमूद करू इच्छितो. मी माझे प्रश्न खाली दिले आहेत. १. पराभव होऊन सुद्धा कॉंग्रेस नेते अजून गांधी घराण्याचे पाय का चाटत आहेत? आणि दुसरीकडे त्यांना स्वत;मधून नेता का निवडता येत नाही? २. मोदी सरकारचा कारभार एकवटलेला असेल कि सर्वसमावेशक असेल? ३. सक्षम विरोधी नेता सुद्धा असावा पण ह्या वेळी तो नाही तर भाजप म्हणेल ती पूर्व दिशा होईल काय? ४. कुठेतरी वाचल होत, ५१% मते घेऊन आलेला उमेदवार जर जिंकून येत असेल तर राहिलेल्या ४९% मतदारांनी त्याला नाकारलं असल तरी तो त्यांच्यावर लादला गेला आहे. त्याचं तो प्रतिनिधित्व जरी करत असेल तर त्यांच्यावर तो अन्याय नाही का? याबद्दल आपल काय मत आहे? ५. अर्थव्यवस्थेत एकदम मोठा बदल होण्याची शक्यता माझ्या मते फार धुसर आहे. काही तरी ठोस बदल होतील. तुम्हाला काय वाटते? आणि कोणते बदल होतील? महागाई, बेरोजगारी, परकीय गंगाजळी, वित्तीय तुट, परकीय थेट गुंतवणूक, इत्यादी विषयाला धरून. ६. परकीय संबंधामध्ये मोठे बदल होतील असे वाटते काय? शपथ सभारांभाला सार्क देशांना निमंत्रण देऊन मोदिनी हि सुरुवात केली असे वाटते. तुमचे मत काय? ७. लोकसत्ता मध्ये उजवीकडे झुकलेली लोकशाही हा लेख वाचला. जगभरात डाव्या विचारांची पीछेहाट होत आहे. अति उजवे विचार सुद्धा अमेरिका सारख्या देशाला बुडवू पाहत आहेत(१९२९ आणि २००८ चा फुटलेला फुगा) मग मध्यम मार्ग म्हणून दोन्ही विचारातल्या चांगल्या गोष्टी घेण्यात काय हरकत आहे? मुक्त अर्थव्यवस्थेत सरकारचे हस्तक्षेप फक्त गरजेनुसार व्हावा. आपले ह्यावर मत सांगावे. ८. महागाई ला पुरवठ्याकडचे प्रश्न कारणीभूत आहेत अशी ओरड होते. काही प्रमाणत त्यात तथ्य हि वाटते. दलालामुळे शेतकऱ्याला दर मिळत नाही. शेतीमालाला रास्त भाव मिळवून देण्यासाठी फार मोठ्या प्रमाणत बदल करणे गरजेचे आहे. तुम्हाला काय वाटत मोदी हे करू शकतील?
गिरीश कुबेर: 1) गांधी घराणे हा कॉंग्रेसींसाठी सर्वात शक्तीशाली असा डिंक आहे. त्यामुळे दुसरा असा पदार्थ सापडेपर्यंत ते गांधी घराण्यालाच महत्व देणार.

गिरीश कुबेर: 2) एकवटलेला कारभार करणे मोदी यांना परवडणारे नाही. 3) काही प्रमाणात तसे होईल खरे. 4) ख-या अर्थाने आपली लोकशाही प्रातिनिधीक आहे असं म्हणता येणार नाही. मतदारांना उमेदवार निवडीचा अधिकार नसतो आणि ‘लादलेल्या’ उमेदवारातूनच तो निवडावा लागतो. 5) अर्थव्यवस्थेत येत्या काही महिन्यातच काही महत्वाचे बदल होतील. 6) परकीय संबंधांमध्ये सत्ताधारी पक्ष बदलला म्हणून सहसा बदल होत नाही. सार्क देशांना निमंत्रण देणे ही याची सुरूवात मानता येणार नाही.

गिरीश कुबेर: 1) हो, इराणशी संबंध वाढवावेत. अमेरीकेचा दबाव मोदी झुगारून देतील.

If we look at 3 major economic powers in the world: ■ USA is already investing huge sums to become 100% self-dependent in oil & gas thru newly developed shell oil technology – This will significantly reduce US interest in ME Asia and outlook policy towards Iran, India – A) Will also provide a window for India in ME Asia for more assured supply? ■ China has already invested huge sums in Sudan, Africa etc. for more oil reserves & expands its reserves in China sea , Vietnam etc. ■ Russia already has started adopting measures for more oil field developments, ‘Crimea capture’ and control of Black seas reserves – B) Among all these big powers what should be our strategy for secured oil supply? – C) What role a stable government under BJP will play in this India’s need for energy?
