There should be an exit policy for farmers

Sharad Joshi, Agriculturist and founder of Shetkari Sanghatana said, for many years farmers have been carrying the burden of unproductive land and now they should be allowed to benefit from this land by using it for a different purpose. So, for the first time, he stated that there should be an exit policy for farmers.
