Shiv Sena & BJP alliance is questionable

Top state leaders of the two oldest NDA allies sat down for talks ending a tense stand-off, a day after BJP President Amit Shah called up Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray in a bid to pull back the 25-year-old alliance from the brink of disintegration. But it seems difficult that the alliance will continue smoothly in future. Loksatta Editor Girish Kuber make a point here that, other small parties from Mahayuti will raise the issue and it will be difficult for Shiv Sena and BJP to hold them back.
