The BSE Sensex fell by 1,000 points while Nifty fell below 8,000 level in early trade on Monday tacking cues from the weak global cues. At 10.43 am, Sensex was down 1,058.71 points at 26,307.36, while NSE Nifty was down 324.65 points at 7,975.30 during the same time.
