Permissions problem faced by Ganesh Mandals

At Loksatta Loudspeaker event in Pune, all Ganesh
Mandal’s complaints that, they don’t get permission on right time
during Ganesh festival. It’s been many years that, mandal’s are
demanding one window system, where all permission should get approved
within 24 hours. But it’s been neglected by officials and every year
they have to run from one govt. office to another for the same.
